Our Fees

Both the Lessor and Lessee have agreed to pay the brokering fees to Levant PM Co.LLC of 5% each on the first year’s annual rent in advance. Sales Tax of 16% applies on the commission amount (unless tax exempt status is provided at time of contract signing)
